UX & Creative Direction for Microsoft Inspire
For Microsoft Inspire, I led a talented team of designers in Costa Rica through eight phases of the digital event roll-out. I ensured about 70 wireframes followed requirements for mobile, tablet and desktop viewports, that the design approach made sense for the desired impact, and that dozens of changes were implemented while simultaneously guiding designers’ visual mock-ups.
I presented each phase of wires to the client and shared the design-thinking behind decisions. While safeguarding user-friendliness and accessibility, I also helped to shape the visually stunning use of texture and color and encouraged designers with action-oriented feedback.
Before each phase launch we also performed quality assurance checks as a team, identifying and documenting bugs and errors for revision.
Additionally, I flagged numerous bugs in the existing Adobe XD component library and worked closely with our Senior UX Architect to resolve them.
