Design & Asset Management for Live Chat Deployments
Overview
At LivePerson, I designed digital experiences that helped enterprise brands engage customers through one of the earliest large-scale live chat platforms. Working across marketing, product, and client services, I created interactive chat experiences, motion graphics, and marketing assets while helping streamline production for a rapidly growing client portfolio.
My Contributions
- Designed and produced 150+ custom live chat experiences for Fortune 500 and global brands including Verizon, Microsoft, AT&T, Sony, T-Mobile, Wells Fargo, Discover, HSBC, Lowe’s, and Intuit
- Created interactive chat interfaces that blended UX strategy, UI design, and motion design, incorporating animations and guided interactions to improve customer engagement
- Led an initiative to streamline production by designing an internal web-based tool that enabled Account Managers to generate live chat assets more efficiently, reducing manual production effort and increasing consistency
- Partnered with marketing to design email campaigns, product tours, case studies, white papers, annual reports, social media assets, and trade show experiences that supported product launches and customer acquisition
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to concept, art direct, and post-produce video campaigns and interactive product demonstrations
- Trained team members on live chat production workflows, improving scalability and knowledge sharing across the organization

Project Focus
Design & Asset Management for Enterprise Live Chat Experiences
I designed branded live chat interfaces that balanced marketing objectives with usability. Each deployment required adapting to unique brand guidelines, technical constraints, and customer workflows. Some experiences incorporated motion to attract attention, while others introduced lightweight interactions—such as collecting phone numbers before initiating a conversation—to reduce friction and help connect customers with representatives more quickly.
This work gave me an early foundation in designing conversion-focused digital experiences, combining interaction design, visual storytelling, accessibility considerations, and scalable production processes years before conversational interfaces became mainstream.
