UX & Creative Direction: Microsoft Inspire
As UX & Creative Director for Microsoft Inspire, I led a distributed team of designers in Costa Rica through 8 phases of the conference’s digital experience rollout. I guided the UX strategy, creative direction, and execution of approximately 70 responsive wireframes, ensuring every experience met business objectives while delivering intuitive, accessible interactions across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Throughout the project, I presented each design phase to stakeholders, clearly articulating the strategic thinking behind UX decisions and design recommendations. Working closely with the visual design team, I helped shape the event’s distinctive look and feel through thoughtful use of color, texture, and layout, while providing actionable feedback that elevated both the user experience and visual execution.
To ensure a polished final product, I led collaborative quality assurance reviews before every release, identifying and documenting usability issues, visual inconsistencies, and functional bugs for resolution.
I also partnered with our Senior UX Architect to improve the Adobe XD component library, identifying defects, refining reusable components, and strengthening the design system to support greater consistency and efficiency across the project.
