UX & Creative Direction: Microsoft Events Sign-In/Registration Redesign
Category : UX Design, Visual Design
I collaborated with our Senior UX Architect and visual design team to streamline and completely redesign the Microsoft Events sign-in and registration experience.
The existing experience presented users with approximately 10 sign-in options, creating unnecessary complexity and friction.
We evaluated the various authentication paths and consolidated the experience wherever possible, advocating for a simpler, more focused approach that surfaced only the options users genuinely needed.
Through this work, I helped create a clearer, more intuitive registration journey while balancing user needs, technical requirements, and the broader Microsoft Events experience.
